OUTDOOR FITNESS:The Great Green Escape?

At the time of writing this we are slowly edging out of one of the coldest and snow covered March on record and the clocks are just about to change, signalling the start of British Summer time. This is a time when we start dreaming of long, warm, summer evenings and looking forward to our hot summer holidays away. Yes, roll on Summer, I here many of you say!

 

However for many of us this can also be a time that signals feelings of panic and worry about reaching for our shorts, t-shirts, bikinis, summer dresses because we have exited the Winter period of hibernation, not feeling as good about our own body as we had wished and looking towards a new healthy eating and fitness regime, so we can enjoy our Summer with renewed confidence and vigour.
