Come and join us at the Academy 4 Wellbeing Weekly Non-Military Boot Camps. We will not be shouting and screaming at you. Instead you will be working out in a group of likeminded people, working as a team, motivating each other and having fun whilst changing your body shape.

Join the complete 4 Week Wellbeing Health, Fitness & Weight Loss Programme for just £65 per person with access to UNLIMITED classes and also receive regular Clinical body composition measurements during the programme, including % Body fat and Lean Body Mass as well as the Wellbeing Healthy Eating Meal and Weight Loss Plan written by our registered dietitian and NHS weight management counsellor. You will also get access to simple Wellbeing recipes created by our Certified Executive Weight Loss Chef and Consultant, which are both easy to follow and tasty.

If your aim is to lose weight/inches then we strongly advise you to join the full Wellbeing programme and follow the nutritional program and attend all the sessions to get results. After all its estimated 80% of weight loss is related to your eating patterns/habits.

We also ask that you please book in and pay in advance for any sessions and this is on a first come first served basis. This makes you accountable to attend each session and not let excuses get in the way. It motivates you to make a commitment to yourself to get results. It also means we can keep the group numbers at a level to give an excellent and personal level of service.


What exercise will you be doing?

Either way you will get to share the cost of a personal training service with your fellow boot-campers, strutting your stuff as a group to some tunes:

Who is this for?

It doesn’t matter if your fitness levels are currently low as almost everything we do will have a modified, easier version if you need it. You must be prepared to work hard but still only within your levels as everyone is different. If you have any health/medical concerns we will discuss these during the initial consultation.

What to bring?

Please come dressed appropriately in sportswear and trainers, ready to exercise outdoors. Please bring your own water bottle, hand towel and be prepared to have some fun.
